Meditation 1: Generosity of Attention
Generosity of attention means being skillful with where we guide attention and how we guide it. So there isn't, a need to rush back to the present moment. We never left it. It's more a question of shall we bring into awareness the breath, the sound, bringing body, heart, and mind together? Bringing awareness and more spaciousness.
Part of generosity is also a non-judgmental way of paying attention. When the mind wanders we're not judgmental. What a generous way to be.
