If we explore three simple principles we can create a posture on our sitting cushion, chair, or kneeling bench that radically catalyzes the practice of meditation. We come back into our bodies, the mind settles down, and a shimmering field of sensation comes to life. But all too often, sitting meditation can be painful over long periods of time. It doesn't have to be that way. We want to allow the easiest, the most natural quality of sitting. We want to make sitting user friendly.
