A wish to share happiness and well-being

I fell in love with meditation early in my life, and decided to follow that path and devote myself to practice and to service. Eventually I was invited to begin teaching. I love sharing the dharma with others, giving them a taste of the possibilities that these practices open up for us. Happiness and wellbeing are aspects of the Buddhist life that I feel very passionate about.
