Deepening in happiness
We're going to liberate happiness from the constraints of habitual behaviors that we probably don't notice. That means we'll explore the areas of our lives that can open out to allow happiness into our direct experience.
This will be supported by meditation, but also by ideas about how we live. These will feed into each other in a reciprocal relationship. We'll also deepen our experience in meditation, opening out different layers of exploration.
A support we can rely on
The more access we have to wellbeing, to resources of joy and happiness, the less bound we will be by habits of reactivity. We can then choose appropriate responses for ourselves and for the world. In this course, we will explore these themes through talks, guided practices, and suggestions so that you can bring this joy into daily life situations.
