Faith
Living with Confidence, Purpose, and Heart
An online course with Sharon Salzberg
A sure footing
In Buddhism, faith isn’t unthinking belief or adherence to a doctrine. It is the heartful courage that opens us beyond our habitual, constricting, self-centered concerns. Faith sparks our inspiration to practice meditation and sustains our ongoing efforts to bring mindfulness and compassion into our lives.
Then, as we progress, faith deepens in three stages.
This journey to abiding faith is the focus of Sharon Salzberg's new online course, Faith: Living with Confidence, Purpose, and Heart. More than anything, it is a path to trusting one's own experience and living from that place.
Faith: Living with Confidence, Purpose, and Heart will begin on August 24. Study at your own pace.
